Hi laodeng, welcome back. One thing really puzzled me is that why chosun's new in Chinese always different from the English version. For instance this article. chinese.chosun.com It really took a shot at WCDMA, saying some small investors that bought into SKT's WCDMA plan are running into financial difficulity right now. Yet there's no single word on their English site.
