You really opened a can of worms, when you discuss NT. But it should be an analysis of NT before worrying about ANTC.

NT had the largest write off in their history. But it is only write off on mergers and acquisitions, which could be good will on the books. The motive is, of course, refund of taxes paid in previous years, and reduction of amortization in future years.

NT had a history of selling off to gain cash. Outsourcing their own human resources and accounting departments for billions of dollars cash were sell and lease back type of operation. So, what will they do with ANTC during this no event non-recession time of opportunity?

Your guess is as good as mine. But where is the knight in shiny armor? No where in sight. We have to wait and see, if it is the market makers(they need 1.9 million shares of the old ANTC stock) or some investment bankers?

If there is no deals pending then meeting and voting will proceed.
