Lerman as a consultant to facilitate its efforts to secure a listing on the
American Stock Exchange (AMEX). Mr. Lerman is a partner of R.I.P. Consultants,
the Director of Operations of Professional Executions Services, one of the
largest execution firms on the American Stock Exchange, and senior Floor Broker
on the Stock Exchange. He is also Chairman of the Board of Capital Suisse
Securities ( www.capsuisse.com ), an independent broker dealer firm.

Roy Lerman will interview and make the determination regarding which Specialist
at the AMEX should house the CBQ stock, and act as a consultant on all matters
pertaining to the growth and development of CBQ in the financial markets
throughout the United States.
