WATCH THE VIX INDEX HERE....A RALLY UP AND OVER 28 WOULD TAKE IT TO THE BEARISH RESISTANCE LINE AT 32.. THAT WOULD SET US UP FOR A NICE COUNTER TREND RALLY...LET'S SEE IF ALL THIS COMPLACENCY CAN GET WRUNG OUT OF THE MARKETS...
