Uh, the SEC regulates the securities industry. They enforce laws, but they also establish rules based on ethics.

Osha's actions may be libelous, accusing Intel of improper business practices. At best I think it's stepping beyond propriety. Maybe a regulatory agency would be interested.

What the heck is the SEC for, if not to hear shareholder concerns?
