Bob, stating that management is wrong isn't disparaging to the character or integrity of management. It's just stating that they're wrong. Nowhere in Osha's stuff does he say that they're lying.

Let's see, first everyone criticizes analysts for being management lackeys, just reiterating what they're told by company management. Now we have Osha stating that his own work suggests something different from what management is saying, and all of a sudden he should have the SEC come down on him.

As I stated before, under these unreasonable standards it is impossible for the analyst to win. If an analyst is expected to think independently, then I would expect the analyst to disagree with management once in a while.

Hey, as you well know, I've not been a fan of Osha's. But geez, allow the guy to have an opinion.
