In a TV interview last week, First Lady Laura Bush said her daily reading every morning starts with the New York Times and the Washington Post. What you need to do, Dave, is separate the editorial pages from the news pages of the N.Y. Times and the Washington Post. There is a reason why these two newspapers are the top two in the country. That reason is decades of quality journalism.

Salon has a political bent, of course, as does the "Moonie" Times. The latter is not in the same league as the N.Y. Times and Washington Post. It's way, way down the ladder.
