Tualatin datasheets from Intel (including power consumption)

developer.intel.com

The most important data points (for the 1.13 GHz, 512KB L2 cache version):

Voltage: 1.45V
T_Case: 69°C
Max power consumption: 27.9W

28W? That's quite disappointing. Although this is a maximum number (not TDP), it's much more than I expected -- especially since the CPU is running at 1.45V (instead of 1.75V). I.e. a mobile Athlon 4 is very competitive with Tualatin. The 1 GHz version has a maximum power consumption of around 30W, that's less than 10% more.
