ANMI top products include the SERIF line, including DRAWPLUS and PAGEPLUS to name a few. There neat little software packages for desktop publishing.

ANMI bought out SPCO around December 27, 1996. ANMI seemed to like the SPCO name recognition internationally so they took the SPCO symbol about 1 month later after the buyout. SPCO price history is now ANMI's history. ANMI wanted to get rid of the horrible past SPCO price history so they overlaid there price history over SPCO's. The company still has the name Allegro New Media though, but plans to change the name of the company to Software Publishing Company in the very near future. That's the scoop ... Steve
