Stories of porfolio shifts out of bonds into stocks.
(per Cramer..realmoney.com).

Also heard a story by Rick Santelli this morning on CNBC.
Some attempt by European Central Bank to talk down the inflation fears today. It could a recognition on their part that the economic weakness is a bigger concern than inflation for them near term.
They meet tomorrow.
What can that mean?
I say a strong possibility of rate cuts in Europe.

That could also be some of the reason for strength but it is likely to play out more tomorrow..if rate cuts happen tomorrow AM.

Potential catalysts for near term rallies in the markets.

BTW--i also like MSFT ahead of the Appeals Court ruling out any day or week.
