Also interesting about the potential SKT-NTT tie up is that 1) SKT has a CDMA consulting contract with China Unicom and 2) SKT has a roaming agreement with China Unicom which has a roaming agreement with KDDI. Please help here, but wouldn't it make sense for SKT to sign roaming agreements directly with KDDI and the other parties that signed with China Unicom? Or did the China Unicom roaming agreements provide for roaming among all of the parties?

TIA,
hiker
