smear - I'm concerned about a notable difference between the impression the CEO gives vs the PR rep . That doesn't make me feel better about a company with little credibility as it is. To be fair to the company, except for the earlier predictions of a T deal, their predictions haven't changed much - ie profitability still way out. The problem is that they totally shut up when they could have given out some info - especially on ADIR. The fault in our expectations lie squarely on us for listening to one man.
I get the feeling that H60 will be a little more wary THIS time. I feel perfectly vindicated (and poorer). I should have trusted my own instincts more and hedged.

I've taken a position in REFR (Binks favorite). At least they have a zillion patents protecting their product. I'm not as convinced they are going to the moon but they don't need much to become profitable and they have an active PR department. AND they have a CEO who seemingly and unbelievably just put his company on the line for a major lawsuit if they don't come through by strongly predicting products and profitability and huge profitability in 2003.
Downside - its a one horse company. If something goes wrong, it's going to 0.
