The bonds are offered at 4%. Any thoughts?

Taking into account transaction costs of sellers, they are basically giving them away. IMO, the prospect for the high yield bonds look about the same as for the stock.

That is, they will spike if funds secured (which would be premised on better sales outlook presumably) and go to 0 on default. I have to admit the likelihood of the latter is probably on the order of 97-98% at this stage, growing daily.
