A long time friend of mine has bought companies like
LU. Over the years He bought CCI at 9, C(old symbol) at 10, IBM at 42, etc.
His idea is to buy companies that are too big to fail.
He has had some failures too, which I will not mention(g)

His quote was "Buy LU using no more than 1% of your capital, put the shares away in a safety deposit box for a few years"
