hi Teresa,
low liquidity is usually not a problem in my experience. what i plan to do is buy up a bundle of dotcoms that are going to be booted off r2000 this month. The following are well below cash and will be booted from russell....EPRS, VCNT, BRFE, VNWI. i plan to buy each of these aggressively when they hit bottom this month. great opportunity, imo
