Can you help me with this? I installed a little program a couple of days ago that didn't do what I needed to do so I thought I'd just uninstall it. I went to the readme file that came with the install and found this message.

Uninstalling TrayManager

TrayManager can be removed using the Add/Remove Program applet in the control panel. But, BEFORE DOING THIS, you should shutdown TrayManager, then run it from command line specifying the -u parameter, like the following:

trayman -u

This is necessary to remove TrayManager's startup registry entries. If you do not do this, Windows will indicate an error each time it attempts to start up. If you experience problems loading Windows while TrayManager is running and this prevents you from uninstalling it, you should start Windows in Safe Mode. Then you can use the Add/Remove programs option in the Control Panel to uninstall TrayManager.

What do they mean by command line?
