MDGO -

I'm by no means an expert, but I would say that the means of raising capital or financing in todays market and the uncertain economy do not allow any telecom the luxury of making a bid for GX, unless they can do it for cash (which few can, if any).

Besides, it appears that Winnick and others do not have any intention of selling. They currently seem to be concentrating on operations and sales, which is what they need to be doing.

I doubt that even if it crossed their mind, that they would sell in todays market. They would probably rather get a valuation for their assets like they did from CZN ;-)
