Could some of the more technically proficient here comment on the article this morning about the handoff/connection challenges in Korea between IS-95B and IS-95C base stations.

If Q is having trouble making an upgrade in its own 'family' system, how hard is it going to be to make nearly completely incompatable systems (GSM/UMTS) function well together?
