Where did you see those words? I did not see them in NT's June 15th press release which only said,

"As a result of the initiatives to streamline its businesses, Nortel Networks has also decided to discontinue its access solutions operations. These operations, which include our narrowband and broadband access solutions (as well as Nortel Networks membership interest in Arris Interactive and "

I will call NT investor relations. For the record, I sold my Antec shares at $14.80 for a small gain to reduce dollar exposure and then bought $15 call options for the same amount of shares. It's no big deal, I just want to figure out how to play the misinformation and lack of information surrounding Antec.
