Fair enough. The restructuring going on will take all of 2001. Furthermore they will either improve the rollout of new products going forward, especially in the area of optical and data networking, or they will no longer be a player in the next generation of networking equipment and I don't think the company survives that. Having been around business over 30 years I am a little careful to write off a player until all options are gone. I will readily admit that it doesn't look very good for LU. But I remember when C was under $3, Conseco was under 5 and my utility was $2. All were on the critical list and have been revived. It could happen to LU....I just don't know if it will.
