That statement was inartfully drafted. Nokia did not suggest that HSCSD fills gaps in GPRS. I think the rest of the statement is correct, if I correctly understand the German translation, which is very poor.

As I appreciate it, the German translation states that the data transfer speed for HSCSD with error correction is 14.4.
