Kevin, I was even more surprised since LBL has never had any access to pricing information from RFI licensees regarding SPD windows. Don't you wonder how they could determine a cost without knowing what emulsion suppliers are charging for a barrel and what the cost is to the manufacturers (Hanglas et al) will be? If you read the press releases from Hanglas you will get a better idea of what SPD windows will cost. Lots of contact names there. Why weren't they contacted? refr-spd.com refr-spd.com refr-spd.com I'll bet if someone contacted LBL you might learn the truth. Oh and that $100 per square foot, guess what Kevin....that's for EC windows. windows.lbl.gov ND
