Alan's comments were totally focused on how banks should
respond to the availiability of money currently in the system
and the never ending high rate of influx of new/fresh money.

He didn't address in any way the quanity or rate of addition
of new money, as thats where the the most and biggest
worms live - under the false bottom that he shows while
showing the Congress about the little and small worms
that live on top of that false bottom - loan quality & lending standards.

If as he mentions, things elsewhere in the usa & world econmy
take a turn for the worst, then Surprise-Surprise that false bottom
in the can of worms will open to let out many huge snake like
worms that have teeth to bite(no barking sounds, just loud hiss(s).
