AIYIYI it sure does, Kevin. I attended the appellate court hearing..the crowd was jammed with Mitsubishi employees...Judge Michel was hostile from the get go...the only thing lacking from the drama was the Supremes singing

After the decision I realized I know nothing of the law, because it made little or no sense to me.
