Kevin, Indeed it does ring a bell. I was much chagrined by the judge's reversal or overruling action. Although it is probably too late for Ampex to benefit, I hope the Supreme Court will bring some sanity to this area of litigation. FWIW, I still think we wuz robbed!!!
