First of all, let me apologize for always asking for help and never reciprocating. What I know about computers could fit into a thimble! (I'm sure by now that is apparent) Here is my latest problem: My computer keeps locking up on me. It just happened when I tried to send an e-mail, but it has happened in other places also. I did Ctrl-Alt-Del and it said that Trayclnt was not responding. It seems to always say that when I lock up? What is Trayclnt? TIA Susie
