I sincerely doubt the above is true. If anything, investors are worried about a recovery not happening till well into 2002.

I'm doing well, as far EXDS, they aren't providing anything that is proprietary. Many companies can and have developed web hosting expertise in house, throw in what looks like shrinking base to sell into, plus the debt they have taken on, you have stock that is in single digits, where prospects have been diminished.
