45 is the key, I believe it can make it to that without too much trouble. Notice how tight the consolidation was after the initial surge off the bottom. While other stocks have failed rally, GMST has been able to consolidate it's run. Also notice how flat lined the ma have become, and the higher lows in the stoch at the bottom. The only thing that concerns me is the slope of the highs during the consolidation, I rather see that pointing up, such as EBAY's consolidation.
EBAY --->http://stockcharts.com/def/servlet/SC.web?c=ebay,uu[w,a]dbolnimy[dc][pb25!b50!b100!b200!a45!f][vc60][iUc20!Ua12,26,9!Lb14!Lf!Lg!Lj[$spx]!Lp5,3,3]
Notice how tight the consolidation was for EBAY and the higher lows, typical of a stocks that look poised to breakout from their consolidation. Also, taken in the consideration how the rest of the market has been behaving, it's easy to see how strong the holders are and how much desire to own was waiting in the wings.
