Dear Niceguy,

I feel with you. We have to go through a heavy storm now. It is a tragedy that the industry collapses just when AMD reaches a level of superiority in its products, which has never been seen before.

But I am confident that in the long run computing will not come to a standstill. It will evolve. I believe that AMD's true time of glory will come with the Hammer family. "64bit for the masses" WILL have an impact. There may be new dimensions of personal computing which are unimaginable for the moment.

The PC industry is still at the heart of our society and our way of living. We just have to weather the present storm. Like DARBES I believe that our patience will be rewarded.
