Susie, it looks like all people having problems were with MSN. So am I, but I don't have that problem. However, I don't trust MSN e-mail because I have unexplained glitches like receiving a message that supposedly has an attachment but nothing shows. This happened repeatedly from the the same sender, even though I've received her attachments previously. Other problems: a message saying the mail server of a friend could not be reached - even though it worked before. I think cable will at least present you with NEW problems. Gottfried
