Yes I know what goodwill is. It's a joke and allows company to "make" their earnings... Why do you think the mega mergers of the past were using... If the CEO is selling @1.44 why? One officer just filed to sell 125K shares. So they burn $20M of the company cash so the officers get sell some of there stock... I don't think is what the thread was intended for...
