As I said, those guys have enough cash to pay down a bank line and then some is left over. They have enough cap ex to support, IMHO, at least $2.5 B in business, thus their cash requirements are not going to be onerous. They do have a major problem with paying their debt, but if by the third quarter next year, they get to the $1.75 B sales rate, the gross margins should be enough to cover their interest charges. They are not going bankrupt very soon, but they sure could.

In the meanwhile, I just sold the TARO again, this time for more than $2.25 profits (sold at $78.81), I am getting a little better with this one.
