Just to clarify. My understanding is that the landowner is the government, and that after PFG buys back the 70% of the mineral rights to the property they will own 100%. Ownership of the mineral rights will be no more onerous than a 'crown grant' in Canada and after the amount of money spent by Barrick in the past few years I'm sure they are paid up in for years. To suggest then that PFG wouldn't spend $10,000 for a property valued in the vicinity of $5,000,000 doesn't compute.
