Hello IQBAL Just a quick note from a long time lurker. Like you have said, other threads come and go or even change their names but Idea has been a constant for 5 years. It is the only thread that has survived my bookmarks for that entire time and I have always appreciated your input and have learned much from it and best of all it has been free. Like many traders I made a lot of $$$ in 98-99 but unfortunately am in the "easy go" part of that "Easy come, easy go" saying during the last 14 months. My bent towards playing calls 85% of the time versus 15% put plays obviously hasn't worked too well lately. Again, I believe you have the right to defend your thread whenever you feel it's integrity is being challenged and I applaud your efforts to do so. For whatever it is worth, one of my favorite stocks at this time is Rational Software (RATL). Check it out if you have time. Whenever tech gets its act together and earnings stabilize this stock should do a quick double. Short term call options were sure a blast in 98-99. The good old days.
