An interesting Yahoo post on apartment REITS, by George Cates, CEO and founder of Mid-America Apartments(MAA): messages.yahoo.com (He is the only CEO I know of who actually posts on stock message boards, and is also a very persistent, substantial buyer of his company's stock)
