Tom, in addition to quarterly results, price has been slow for a while despite many factors that should have made it rise (eg. overall automotive industry demand, economy, more acquisitions in Europe, etc.) Also, the OEM's are moving towards reducing suppliers from thousands to under 100 worldwide, suppliers that can produce entire components not just parts. Magna is well positioned for this trend. I know this company on a first hand basis and it is truely a progressive, well run organization. Regards.
