HOUSTON, Jun 21, 2001 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- American
Resources Offshore, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: GASS) (the "Company")
today announced that the Company's Board of Directors, on June 20,
2001, declared a special cash dividend of $0.02 per share on its common
stock, par value $0.00001 per share. The dividend is payable on July 12,
2001, to stockholders of record on July 2, 2001.
There are currently 51,283,590 shares of common stock and 39,682
shares of preferred stock issued and outstanding.
