COMPS Intraday Chart... My QCharts "Intraday" – COMPX (NASDAQ Composite) 65-Min Semi-log Chart As expressed on the MDD thread I was expecting 6/20 (+/- one-day) as a overall equity market turn date. This index found support at the support line of the falling trading channel originating from the 5/22 high. In addition, the 50% retrace area of the rally from the 4/4 low to the 5/22 high held (at least this initial test) helping to produce this bounce back inside the FTC. Last but not least the Sept 00 Falling SFL gave some support as well. After taking a look at Les’s Market Breadth Journal this morning, it seems that several cycle intervals were pointing to the 6/19-21/01 window as some sort of inflection target. My trading cycle work is more short-term at least to regards to initial move expectations.
