Hello Ed, you bring up a good point and it does have merit. However, my whole investment strategy has always been to look for opportunity and the stock priced low, get in ahead of the crowd. Fundamentals may not have developed yet but risk is also low.

Does BPR have potential for a 400% return from $3?

Maybe, but production would have to be growing strong. I could see this potential at $0.40.

If one were to buy now, how do you manage the risk, typically I take part profits on a double or triple, but from
$3, you may wnat to think about profits at $4 or $5.

What happens if the stock drops, then I don't look too good and an investor is sitting with a paper loss. At $3
the stock is already pricing in and anticapating potential in the project, so there is room for something to
go wrong and the stock to fall if expectations are dissapointed.

I am still bullish on the stock and expect it to go higher, but I woud rather commit new money to a new
play that few know about yet, like MPI or PTG.

I have been succesful with this investment strategy, so I feel is best to keep with what works. I think many of
my readers realize this strategy and there is risk that some of these that you get in early fall apart, but you
only have to do well on one to make up for many that go no where or even drop to zero.

With BPR, we are up about 550% and we only have to worry about how much profit to take, I like this
problem <g>
