You’ll need to make a bootable floppy to get your system going again.
Since you can now boot to DOS, you’re quite a long way along already.

I’m putting in extra spaces for readability. You only need one.

Format the floppy

FORMAT A: /S

You’ll need to make a CONFIG.SYS file. This is a text file with these
Two lines…

DEVICE=A:\HIMEM.SYS
DEVICE=A:\OAKCDROM.SYS /D:CD1

You’ll need to make an AUTOEXEC.BAT file. Again, it’s a text file
With two lines…

A:\MSCDEX.EXE /D:CD1
PATH=A:
Be sure these two files are plain text. (Don’t use a word processor.) You
Can even use the command COPY CON CONFIG.SYS and type the lines
From the screen, finishing with Ctrl-Z and Enter.

You’ll need to find the files OADCDROM.SYS HIMEM.SYS and MSCDEX.EXE
And copy them to your floppy. You may need to borrow them from some other
Computer if you can’t get them from yours.

Once you boot with this floppy, you’ll be able to read your CD in DOS. From there
You’ll be able to re-install Windows.

Cheers, PW.
