Hi Iso: Got Loily?

TLM buys out LOIly (for approx 3.42 per share, my math), plus leaves some Russian and Sudan for shareholders with N Africa Libyan wells going to Petro-Canada, etc. (per Bloomberg, except my math). Article mentioned approx 3.9 bil Kronor equals about 365 mil US$ and buy out at 36.5 Kronor per share. Are you still lucky with LOILY?
