Sensible people will recognize that there can be no "consensual" sex between the most powerful man in the free world and a 21-year old intern. Consensual sex in these circumstances simply doesn't exist, due to the imbalance of power and experience between them.

An inbalance of power and experience does not make for non-consent.

It is sexual assault by any reasonable standard.

Without force or threat or at least one of the partners being in such a position that they cannot consent (there drugged or unconsious, or mentally defective, or they are a young child) there is no sexual assault by any reasonable standard.

Of course, the liberals would never admit it, because they prey on the weak.
