OYL.U cost me an enormous amount of money because of a whole set of unfortunate incidents that combined are a 1 in a 10,000 chance

I beleive in the stock - I was very heavy in it and bought more when I should have been selling - well I was trading fulltime and had a fantastic DOT COM VP job opportunity Interview. The day before it tanked I went way too deep.

I had to leave the country so I placed a stop at 55 with a limit on the sell at 50 with new buys at 31 or 35 I cant remember. Well as we all know it opened at 35 and went to 15 so all my buys at 35 and 31 were filled in addition to being too deep at a 70 average. from the day before.

I get stranded 8 hours at the airport and my woife had inadvertantly taaken too much money out of the wrong bank account. My visa card was in my car at the airport. I did not even have any money to buy a Goddamn beer for over 4 hours while trying to find a Goddamn internet terminal somewhere to find out why the stock was at 18 cents. And some 1xx,000 shares at an average of 45 cents.

So when you think yopu had a bad day remember this very very true story. The PT cruiser did not get bought

mid 5 figures lost CDN- all my 2000 gains wiped out and more in one day. I did not get the job and thank god because they were belly up a few months later - I suppose the only good news out of the whole damn Thing.

I have made all those losses back in other stocks but I will make money on OYL.U again. Good luck to those a little more sane. I live on the edge and I will prosper eventually - Cheers - BTW - today was the second best trading day of my life in booked gains and in ST paper gains.
