BALT is rumoured to looming $US 200MM+ cash charge due to the "downside collar" they granted to shareholders of acquired Content Technologies as part of the acquisition last September'00.

BALT is supposed to owe any difference between the agreed collar price of $5 and actual price this fall on 91 million shares used to pay for the acquisition. If BALT trades back to $US 2, it will owe $ 273 million, cratering its balance sheet, bigtime.

Any one able to verify this?
