$1 Billion plus revenue to find some sort of cash flow within. EBITDA positive per conference call before cash runs out based upon current business climate. There is two.

100% guaranteed? Nope. 100% Speculative? Yes. Would I buy it at $10. Nope. $5? Not based on current business. $1.35? Yes.
