CIMA / Dev... If you read their last filing you would know they are in deep doodoo... they are trying to renegotiate contracts as their revenue stream is working a *negative* margin... they have inspections underway at the former PolyTech (4) plants and have indicated that shuttering them (one or all) was a possibility they were considering.

The are heavily loaned and some joke their name should be loan-star lol

It was about a 17 page dismal read and disappointing to say the least. Fell to a 52 week low of .14 recently and pulled back to .20

A paper play... indeed! They have outstanding shares approaching 60M and they issued more convertible preferred -15M- to acquire Polytech (2:1) and they haven't announced how much further the dilution goes due to their next two acquisitions. "to be announced"

They raise money through Reg S offerings and it is MY opinion that they have had them shorted in Canada by smart folks but that IS speculation on my part. Check out the 10K and see what you think!

This one is definitely an up hill climber just don't think they have the humph to get to the top (JMHO)

The next financials should be a REAL eye opener if the last one was any indication lol

Best to you guys and thanks for posting so I don't end up talking to myself ~grin

PS check out RTEK if you are interested in the crumb rubber and tire recycling industry. Seriously managed and moving forward towards profitability. Next financials due out 7-15 but the 2 Qs after that are the ones that should be record breaking. I am crossing my fingers!
