S&P 100 (OEX) - Complex Head-and-Shoulders Top

SP 100 broke neck line and also May 22 downtrend, IMO
very bullish action. Now this neck line is an important support.

But Nasdaq SP 500 and Dow also need to follow the same action. I'm looking at those neck lines, very important resistence. With VIX again at 20's may be this rally will fail again to complete 5 wave down to H&S projection
