Scott,
Are you suggesting that M. Allen and myself are able to drive the price of Ftel down ? If that were fact, I assume the opposite would also be true, ( positive posts can drive the price higher ). Ftel should be selling for $ 30.00 / $ 40.00 now. Correct ???
Actually, I think M. Allen's posts are too kind to Ftel and it's investors. He hasn't even mentioned Ftel's history. In order to believe that Ftel has successfully reinvented itself, you would have to toss out it's history. Ftel has never been profitable, no matter what business it's been in.
Does M.Allen make sense when he asks, what business is Ftel in ? Are they an ISP, an 800 service, hardware company ? Or do they throw out enough stuff in the hopes something will stick ? When Ftel's announcements don't pan out, someone immediately say's, that was not their focus anyway. M. Allen is also correct about Ftel's web site and the information on it. Legally, that information should be part of the S1 filing, prior to it's posting on the web. M. Allen also said, that if Ftel can project verifiable yearly revenue's of 20-40 million, he would jump at investing in it. I would not be that quick. Will those revenues be generated by their ISP business, and if so, what % will be a net ? As you must know, an ISP can produce revenues, but slim if any profits. Good Luck in your investment.
