The OEX is also moving up into a heavy resistance area per a cluster of moving averages if one draws a rainbow chart. The same is true of the SPX.

I updated just the SPX and NDX breadth charts. Per the summation index, as you said, it's too early to call an intermediate-term bottom and a rally in the near-term is to relieve oversold technicals.
