Hi PB.

I hope that we don't have a double-whammy, but you have my attention after you called the lower Q2 earnings WAY in advance. Maybe Seligman sold on the same (true) rumors you heard, and then re-purchased after the price drop.

I still don't know whether CUBE actually stuffed the channels (excess chips on distributors' shelves) or if VCD makers over-purchased (excess VCDs in manufacturers' warehouses), but the end result to CUBE appears to be the same -- higher Q1 earnings at the expense of lower Q2 earnings. Now IF Cube did stuff the channels AND the distributors returned chips to Cube for credit in Q2 . . . that could produce a double-whammy and be evidence of channel-stuffing (aren't returns an offset against revenues?). We'll have to wait for the Q2 financials.

In the meantime, if anyone else (except harriman) has any predictions based on information/rumors, please post. Also, post info on Cube's distribution & sales channels, and whether it has changed since Q1.
Thanks,
Billy
